Britton Helfert was brainstorming about an adventure to fill up the last two months of summer '24, when he approached Tavish Young with a plan: bike-pack the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. Tavish was in. They started the GDMBR in Banff, Alberta, but got off the route in Teton National Park, deciding to tack on a segment of the Western Wildlands Route to see Utah. Eventually, the pair made to the USA-Mexico border just South of Sierra Vista, Arizona. Tune in to hear about the twists and turns -- on and off the trail.
