Bonjour tout le monde - we have one of my favourite shows on hand, not sure why, it just has an end of summer, early-late evening, je ne sais quois about it. We begin with a stunner intro from Daft Punk, off of their supreme TRON Legacy soundtrack, classic Jimi Hendrix (with the shout out to Curtis Mayfield), brand new b-side from Beach House, brand new Grizzly Bear keying the early aughts indie rock nostalgia, a super cover of Rpberta Flack's 'Feel Like Making Love', and more, cosmic and stellar, Mac DeMarco; this suite is followed by great, bouncy, and strong, indie electronic from Caribou, Junior Boys, and Desire, we then switch right into amazing work from Tyler, the Creator feat. Frank Ocean, and classic late summer soul and hip hop from Amel Larrieux, A Tribe Called Quest; and a bonus gem that shines. Please enjoy~~
