Equity Guiding Document
This document is intended to provide an anti-oppression framework for the organization as a whole and act as a reference guide in any instance of station-wide decision making including, but not limited to, policy creation, hiring practices, strategic planning, and accountability processes. While undergoing this work, we recognize that by definition this document must be used as a living, evolving framework in order to accommodate all levels of knowledge and understanding, at both the personal and organizational level.

Accessibility policy
This policy is designed to codify CiTR & Discorder‘s commitment to creating an inclusive and accessible space for everyone and to equal opportunities for all inclusive of race, gender, disability, sexuality, sexual orientation, or any other marginalized identities. We understand our moral obligation to create inclusive spaces for people who have experienced discrimination and marginalization.
Disciplinary policy
The purpose of this policy is to give clear guidelines on CiTR & Discorder’s remedial procedure for volunteers in the event that a volunteer does not adhere to the principles, policies and procedures of CiTR & Discorder as outlined in the volunteer and programming contracts.
Sexual Violence, Bullying, and Harassment Policy
This policy is designed to provide a framework for the safety and care of CiTR & Discorder members who have experienced any form of harassment or violence during their involvement with CiTR & Discorder. We understand the importance of placing these individuals at the centre of our response process and taking their lead throughout the duration of the process. Among the options available to support them include the subsequently outlined steps for informal disclosure, formal reporting and investigation, and the procedure for handling a report.
