This week we talk all things FILM FESTIVALS with special guest Mila Zuo! Providing insights on her background as a film scholar, she also shares how she got involved with festival programming and some of the politics of selection that unfold behind the scenes.

Mila is a Vancouver based, American academic, film-philosopher, author, educator, programmer and filmmaker. Known for her work in cinema and media studies, she explores topics of transnational Asian cinemas, gender, sexuality, race, and ethnicity.
