Crowd Flip is both a talk and music show that began by exploring musicology theory through a critical lens of gender theory and history. When I realized a super fun and important part of all this starts with hearing about experiences from those that surround you, it became mainly an interview show that showcases women, non-binary and trans artists/musicians both a part of our local music scene and also outside Canada. By listening to critiques and conversations with historical info and current experiences, we can better understand how gender minorities navigate the music industry and how music industries have shaped to be what they are today!
