On November 16, Billy-Ray Belcourt, a PhD student in the department of English & Film Studies at the University of Alberta, released his first book, This Wound is A World. Belcourt, a member of the Driftpile Cree Nation, launched the book in Vancouver at the UBC First Nations Longhouse. As part of the launch, Belcourt lead a poetry reading with fellow Treaty 8 writers writers Samantha Nock and Dallas Hunt. Click here for the full podcast!
