CiTR’s Student Executive exists to oversee the day to day operations of CiTR, set goals for the future and create an annual strategic plan, determine policies and make recommendations to the Board of Directors, and work alongside staff and make decisions that affect the station as well as fostering community for students at the station. The Student Executive positions are volunteer roles. Meetings are every second week during the academic year.
The Indigenous Liason is a new position the Student Executive has created this year. To apply, candidates must be a UBC student returning to school in the fall.

Applications are open until Friday, April 21, or until a suitable candidate is found. To apply, visit the CiTR and Discorder offices in the AMS Nest, Room LL500, and sign up on the sheet posted on the Station Manager’s office door. Can’t make it into the station? You can also email Eleanor, CiTR’s Volunteer Manager, at volunteer@citr.ca, and she will sign you up.
Once you apply, you will be contacted by the incoming President and Vice President of the Student Exec to set up a short interview.
