Tomorrow, February 26th, there will be a fundraiser at LanaLou’s in support of the Overdose Prevention Society. In 2016, 914 lives were lost in BC due to the opioid crisis. It is community-based harm reduction, such as the Overdose Prevention Society in the DTES, that have made a significant and positive impact amidst the devastating fentanyl crisis occurring in Vancouver.
