Beginner-friendly DJ classes for January 2012 are now open!

DJing101.9 is back in the future of 2012.

These are DIY-friendly digital mixing lessons that happen weekly for 4 lessons, with two sessions on Tuesdays and two sessions on Fridays. It’s free for all UBC students. Lessons start on the week of January 17th in room 42T in the basement of the SUB.

On top of that, we have Tuesday mixing sessions for people to play and an upcoming MixCloud account to showcase up and coming talents.

If you’re curious as to what we’re all about, come to CiTR’s lounge on Tuesday January 10th at 12pm to 4pm and we’ll have some gear set up to just play around and answer questions!

This month, we’ll also hold weekly workshops to learn how to transition from software only to incorporate hardware for everyone who already took DJing101.9 from last semester.
